How did you get started with modeling?
What inspires you?
What's your background in fashion? Anything interesting to share?
I never knew it was possible for a short girl like me with bad skin too. [Hahaha] The thing is I wanted it bad and had no plans of giving up until I found a way in. Social Media was crucial to my success and continues to aid my growth. It's wasn't always easy, there were road blocks, but I've been strategic in my plans and am always learning.
What has been the most effective workout routine for you?
If you had to pick THREE most effective exercises, which would they be?
- Bulgarian Split Squats: Helps build out the weakest muscle in my body - my hamstrings. Using dumbbells can also give you arms and shoulders a workout.
- Cable Leg Extensions: Love them since you can do different variations of them. Can target hams, glutes, inner and outer leg which makes it an all-around staple.
- Pushups: Great exercise, for these focus on form over reps.
