What are your Three Most Favorite Workouts and Why?
- Squats: Squat is my number one workout. I believe they are not just for your quads, they add spice to your workout and help you push yourself ahead.
- Burpees: Burpees are just lovely and they challenge you every time. In addition, they hit every last muscle in your body.
- Handstands: Handstands are a real challenge not only to your muscles but also to your mind. With handstands, I can test my whole body strength. I keep pushing myself to do it for a longer time. This is the reason handstands have made to my list of favorite exercises.
