- Stiff Leg Deadlifts: They are perfect for the glutes and hamstrings. In addition, sensation of burn is just amazing.
- Weighted Hip Bridges: This is again a very effective exercise for the glutes.
- T-Bar Row Machine: I love the way this exercise destroys fat in my back.
