General state: A little anxious for no reason

Consumption: 2 waters, ZMA, Spirulina, and a Lions Mane mushroom tea
Log: Disappointed got flaked on, eyes feel kind of dry its annoying, Keep checking FB for no reason, Got way too much work to do. Not looking forward to tomorrow since I'll be doing relatively uninteresting things.
General State: Motivated and but a little deficient in short term memory
Body Temp: 4/10
Consumption: 2 waters, ZMA, Spirulina, 2 shots of espresso.
Log: Woke up a lot more positive compared to how negative I was yesterday. Slept 7 hours went to gym wasn't hungry that much. Missed my Squat 5-3-1 Progression attempt by a small margin (though was fasted and trained legs 2 days prior). Hit a PR on legpress though so I'm quite satisfied either way. No hunger except minor spikes that come up every few hours for maybe 2 minutes at a time. A lot easier to find myself motivated and focused on work today. I still stand by my previous statement about how boring my work is in spite of my energy levels.
General State: A little overwhelmed with work and craving good tastes

Consumption: 1 Lions Mane mushroom tea, 3 waters, 1 Rhoisbos Cinnamon Tea
Log: Felt somehwat focused during a long day at work (10 hours) but got everything that I wanted done in a pretty efficient manner too. Lions Mane tea increased my circulation dramatically (surprising because its not known for that). Brain is less functional for tasks in the domain of: "coming up with shit to say on the fly", more functional for: "what are the most important things I should be focusing on right now". I almost passed out walking 4 flights of stairs in my apt, had to take a 20 second breather on my 3rd flight. Legs are somewhat sore but nothing serious. Stomach gurgling has significantly decreased but still can be kind of loud. Was a lot less OCD than I normally am.
