What are your TOP THREE exercises, and why?
- Kettle Bell Swings: Kettle Bell Swings are one of the best exercises because: they are highly effective fat friers and burn an insane amount of calories. They also make your lower back, hamstrings and glutes stronger. You can use them to tone your upper back and shoulders. When performed correctly, Kettle Bell Swings leave every last muscle of your body crying in pain!
- Sumo Squats: Sumo Squats are a great leg exercise yet safe for lower back. They hit muscles in your glutes, inner and outer thighs.
- Shoulder Press: It strengthens your upper body while enhancing functional strength.
Which would you chose to shed some pounds, HIIT or Normal Cardio?
