Sometimes you come home from a day filled with travel, work, sports, and a little romance and you sit there feeling pretty content. For me, it's important to have goals, a long term focus for you to pursue but also enough time to do things you really enjoy. If I have one without the other, either I sometimes feel like I'm overworked and stressed OR my life spins around me with no direction.
