What are your Three Most Favorite Workouts and Why?
- Step Ups: I love these as they target my glutes and quads more precisely, and get my heart pumping vigorously.
- Squats: This full body compound movement keeps me wanting to push my limits.
- Lunges: Lunges are perfect for my quads and glutes and they offer choices for variations.
