How did your entry into Bodybuilding happen?
My life has changed drastically since the event and I have realized my goals. It’s common for most of us to lament the hard times but these are the times your true strength emerges. I find myself extremely lucky to be bestowed upon by love and support from everyone around. Since my first day in the industry, opportunities have been chasing me, I am a lucky person (smiles)

SUN: Rest Day
How’s your cardio routine like?
I do more of tire flips, box jumps and burpees. For me, performing high reps of any exercise until complete exhaustion is a cardio. Whenever I need to shed some weight, I go for interval training using a treadmill or stair mill.
